The 'Package Builder' is a sophisticated multi language web enabled content management system and a very simple to use interactive communication platform with which you can publish your products and services ('event packages') online.

Furthermore it is a platform with which your clients can choose their dream events (from complete events you have published online) or put together their own dream 'events' from individual 'activities' or modules (you have published online).

The Cockpit...

As administrator you can do the following.

Create an activity (event module)

• All relevant data: Activity name, description (*including text editor), picture upload, Activity module time, Activity Location, Activity availability, Group size, Type (Active, Passive), Blood rush level, Fitness level, Special equipment, Costs per person, Minimum age
• Uploading an Activity picture
• Publishing the Activity online in a specific category

Create a program

• Select all activity (modules) and create a day or several day program
• Organize the program (make a time plan)

• Fill in specific program data
• Create a program summary (*including text editor)

• The program summary is a short synopsis or highlights of a program so that clients can easily choose the topics that seem the most interesting. The summary comprises a paragraph of text and four pictures. There are three pre-defined templates making the creation as simple as pie.
• Create the 'quick view' gallery. Quick View is like a photo Reportage where you can upload as many photos as you like

• Publish the complete program online in a specific category (or leave it in the offline mode) Take a specific complete program or activity offline

Creating Offers

It is always a big job to make exciting offers for your clients even if you have all the individual ingredients ready.

With Package Builder we have solved this problem. It is absolutely simple to create any type of offer in minutes using or modifying existing programs or activities. These can then be mailed in HTML format with Links to the actual site and (or) printed and sent by conventional post. So this part of the tool also acts as a perfect administrational and archiving tool.
